The Wolf Tracker platform

Wolf Tracker is a performance intelligence platform for prop firm futures traders. Six systems work from one record of your trading, so the risk engine, the coach and the analytics never disagree about what happened in a session.

1. Mechanical Risk Engine

The engine reads your account's starting balance, trailing drawdown type, floor-lock behaviour, daily loss limit and contract cap, then sizes every trade against the room you have left. Position size decays geometrically as an account gets hurt and expands as it heals, so you never risk the same dollar amount on day one and day twenty of an evaluation. The suggested size updates after every closed trade, and the engine refuses to recommend a trade that would breach a daily or drawdown limit before you place it.

2. AI Performance Coach

After each session the coach reads the trade log and end-of-day review and returns a coaching message tuned to the behavioural pattern that actually cost you money that day. It distinguishes between a plan that failed, a plan that was abandoned, and a plan that was never followed, and it speaks to the one that applies. The coaching is generated from your own data, not from a generic questionnaire, so the same edge that made you money is what the coach reinforces.

3. Trading Psychology Intelligence

A daily mindset routine scores body, breath, mind, mood and readiness before the first order. Those scores feed the risk engine's suggested size, so a day you arrive unfocused starts smaller by design. The routine anchors an identity statement and a set of intentions, and the platform tracks how readiness correlates with outcomes over time, so you learn which states precede your best and worst sessions.

4. Prop Firm Account Tracking

One dashboard per account: balance, high-water mark, drawdown buffer, daily P&L, trading-day count and contract usage, all measured against that specific firm's rule set. The platform tracks evaluations and funded accounts separately, applies the correct consistency and payout rules to each, and flags when an account is one bad day from a breach. Accounts can be added for any supported firm and account size.

5. Tradovate Integration

Import Position History, Orders and Cash History directly from Tradovate. The parser handles sub-dollar precision on P&L, risk and maximum favourable excursion, eliminating the rounding drift that comes from broker exports. Imported trades populate the journal and feed the risk engine and analytics without manual entry, so the record matches the broker exactly.

6. Performance Analytics

Win rate, payoff ratio, expectancy, consistency score and streak metrics, computed per account and per instrument. A Monte Carlo survival simulation runs thousands of trial sequences across your own trade distribution to estimate account survival probability and the expected number of trades to reach your profit target. The analytics surface the statistical edge, not just the recent results, so you know whether the method is sound before the variance resolves.
